About me

Shipping since sixteen.

I'm a nineteen-year-old CTO and full-stack developer from Wrocław, Poland. Three years ago I was an Erasmus intern on the Canary Islands; today I own architecture, delivery and engineering quality at urmate.ai — a web platform with AI-powered product features.

Day to day I combine React, Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend with Java, Spring Boot, Spring AI and PostgreSQL on the backend. I care about testing (Vitest, JUnit, Mockito, Playwright, Testcontainers), Flyway migrations, Jenkins deployments, Docker and cloud environments on AWS and Google Cloud.

In AI products I treat language models like any other production dependency: OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini need controlled cost, latency and response quality. I use pgvector where semantic search has real business value — not just as a slide-deck demo.

Beyond production code I record YouTube tutorials, write free e-books and share the honest path from intern to CTO — especially around JavaScript, React, Java and modern full-stack engineering. Keep calm and just drink Java.

From interface to production.

The areas below reflect what I work on daily as a CTO and full-stack developer. Each one covers more than tool choice — it includes code quality, testing, deployment and accountability for software that actually runs.

Full-Stack Engineering

I design and build web applications end to end: React and Next.js on the front, Java and Spring Boot on the back, PostgreSQL and MongoDB as data stores. Clear APIs, layered architecture and code that stays maintainable after a year — not just after the first sprint.

AI Engineering

At urmate.ai I integrate language models into the product — from prompts and orchestration to cost, monitoring and response quality. An LLM is not magic; it is another system layer that must be designed, tested and maintained.

DevOps & Infrastructure

A product is only done when it runs on a server. I set up CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, orchestration and developer environments that let a team ship fast and predictably.
